貨車司機 Lorry DRIVER Liliia Shulha：「What I like about my profession is that I get to constantly see new places, and I like to drive these vehicles. This is my dream, I just love it.
（我最喜歡我的工作的一點是，我能夠一直去發掘新的地方，而且我還很喜歡開車，這就是我的夢想職業，我真的很愛這份工作。）」
40歲的Liliia Shulha目前在烏克蘭最大的零售集團擔任卡車司機，而這是她兒時夢寐以求的工作。隨著烏俄戰爭持續發酵，青年學生選擇出國進修，大量男性因動員令加入軍隊，烏克蘭的勞動力市場面臨巨大挑戰，越來越多女性進入傳統上由男性主導的職業。
貨車司機 Lorry DRIVER Liliia Shulha：「Yes, people are curious and shocked when they see me. They all film me on their phones when I deliver or load my lorry. They take pictures of me, whether it’s passers-by or others, they’re all in shock.
(是的，當人們看到我(在駕駛卡車)時，總是感到好奇和驚訝，當我在開卡車或是運送貨物時時，他們都會拍我的影片，不管是經過的人還是誰，都會用手機拍我的照片，他們都嚇到了。)
Soon there’ll be more us (women in logistics), and people won’t be that shocked anymore. Soon it won’t be news anymore that women work in such professions. Then people will leave me alone.
（很快就會有越來越多女生來進入物流業，到時候大家就不會那麼驚訝了，女性從事這樣的職業也不再是新聞，人們也就不會來打擾我了。）」
勞動力嚴重短缺，使得企業轉向聘用女性、青少年及老年人來填補空缺，並提供更多培訓和福利。Shulha任職的零售集團現已聘用了六名女性卡車司機，並積極在更多原本以男性為主的工作領域招募女性，包括裝卸工、肉類分割工和保全等職位。
貨車司機 Lorry DRIVER Liliia Shulha：「Since I am the first female driver in this company, I have a little more experience (than other female drivers), but not much. The new girls who join our company ask me what it is like, whether it’s scary. It’s always the same question; whether they’ll get help. We communicate with the girls, I help them, I tell them that the trips are difficult at first, but that everything will be fine as everyone offers a helping hand.
（由於我是這家公司第一位女性駕駛，所以比起其他女性駕駛多了一些經驗，但也不是很多，新加入我們的女孩們總是問我，這份工作是什麼樣子 會不會很可怕，都是同樣的問題，他們能不能得到幫助，我們互相交流，我也會幫他們，我告訴他們，剛開始上路時總是比較難，但只要大家互相幫忙 一切都會好轉的。）」
而位在烏克蘭南部的農業地區Mykolaiv，由女性擔任電車和卡車司機、煤礦工人、保全和倉庫工人的情形，也越來越普遍。育有兩子的Maria，正在接受拖車駕駛員培訓。
拖車駕駛 TRACTOR DRIVER AND MOTHER OF TWO Maria Korolenko：「I understood how necessary it is for me to work. Not only for me and not only for my family. Right now, unfortunately, the men are being taken away – more and more of them are being taken away. And it’s so hard. Now we (women) do all the work that the boys used to do.
（我能理解我必須要去工作，不只是為了我，也是為了我的家人，而現在不幸的是，越來越多男人被送去戰場，對我們來說真的不好過，從前那些男人活，現在都是由我們女人在做了。）」
部分烏克蘭企業開始轉變招聘策略，打破對員工性別刻板印象的限制，積極為女性創造更多的機會。這股變革不僅解決了勞動力短缺的問題，還為行業注入新活力，推動職場多元化。
零售集團人資總監 HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR AT SILPO, PART OF FOZZY GROUP, Lyubov Ukrainets：「Generally speaking, hiring women is a great thing. We’re doing everything possible and impossible to
improve (the working environment) for women, to make working for us more comfortable and interesting. We automate certain processes or adapt them, we have training courses, and create a comfortable environment. Still, there aren’t enough women drivers to cover our needs. Apart from that, women have a lot of other offers in the labour market where they can reach their potential.
(大致上來看 聘用女性是件好事，我們盡一切可能 甚至是不可能的事，來改善女性的職場環境，讓她們能更舒適 更有興趣地來工作。我們把特定程序自動化或進行調整，也提供培訓課程，創造友善環境，儘管如此 女性駕駛仍然不夠多來滿足我們的需求，此外，女性在勞動市場上還有很多，他們可以發揮潛力的其他空間。)」
不僅在國內的勞動市場 ，烏俄戰爭的延續，也讓更多的女性承擔起軍事角色，不再僅僅是在後勤支援中發揮作用。
烏克蘭Bucha地區，一支名為Bucha Witches的全女性防空部隊，在當地政府支持下，正接受嚴格的訓練。這支防空部隊雖不屬於正規軍隊，但這些女志願兵可以協助第一線警力和空防任務，共同保衛城鎮安全。

Olena：「I used to have a completely peaceful occupation, I was a teacher. But now the war changes people and one has to adapt to the new reality. 」
(我曾經有過一個非常和平的職業也就是教師，但現在戰爭改變了生活，我們不得不去適應新的事實。)
這些女志願兵來自各行各業，其中不少人在戰前是教師、護士或其他民間職業，但她們在戰火中決定轉變角色，成為保家衛國的戰士。

Alyona Dudarenko：「There are women that can help too. A lot of men are being sent closer to the front line. I think that women could hold their front line here like the ‘Witches’ – to shoot down Shaheds -we can do this the same as men do.
（女人也能站出來，有許多男人被送去前線，我認為女人也有自己的「前線」要守護，就像the 「Witches」 能夠擊落Shaheds(無人機)，我們也能夠像男人一樣做到。）
戰爭改變了烏克蘭傳統性別角色的分工，女性在軍事及勞動領域中與男性並肩作戰，這不僅緩解了人力資源短缺的困境，也象徵著女性在各行各業中不可忽視的貢獻。
