原鄉興建跨堤階梯芃芃野溪溫泉設置部落風味屋

宜蘭大同鄉的芃芃溫泉深受國人青睞，即便不是溫泉旺季，仍有不少遊客慕名而來；然而為了解決遊客進入溫泉區的動線，英士村爭取設置做跨堤階梯，並銜接河堤步道，方便居民與遊客進入溫泉區。
